Warriors-Colonels Game Information

WINCHESTER — With a larger than usual crowd expected for Friday’s 7 p.m. game between Sherando (5-0) and James Wood (4-1) at the Colonels’ Jerry L. Kelican Stadium, Colonels coordinator of student activities Craig Woshner wants the public to be aware of several issues as far as ticket purchases, parking, transportation and concessions.

The ticket gates will open at 5:15 p.m.

Woshner suggests carpooling if possible. Overflow parking will be at Apple Pie Ridge Elementary but involves a considerable walk.

The ticket price is $5. Bring exact change to avoid longer waits at the regular booths and proceed to the “exact change” line.

Sherando fans may also consider entering at the lower ticket booth after parking in the main lot.

At the end of the game, the back entrance to Apple Pie Ridge will open once the James Wood band has passed.

Satellite concessions will be available for purchases (drinks, candy, etc.). Exact change will be helpful.
